Life Insurance Settlements, Inc. (LIS) is a corporation organized in the State of Florida, for the purpose of brokering life settlement contracts. Its corporate business office is located at 550 West Cypress Creek Road, Suite 300, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, 33309. Since its inception, LIS has maintained "good standing" status in the domiciled state with the Florida Division of Corporations. 

Peter M. Gaynor

Mr. Gaynor has negotiated several thousand life settlement contracts during his thirteen-year career in the industry. His unheralded success in obtaining maximum financial settlements has established his reputation as a major influence in the industry's popularity and growth. He is respected in the national provider/funding community for his negotiating skills, and is licensed as a life settlement broker in multiple states.

James T. Nutt

Mr. Nutt has been professionally involved in the life settlement industry for thirteen years and is a pioneer in its growth and expansion. Mr. Nutt attended Warner Southern College, where he earned a degree in business management. His business acumen has been instrumental in establishing LIS as the national model among life settlement brokerage entities.

John R. Haynie, Jr.

Mr. Haynie has been a major influence in the evolution of the life settlement industry during his thirteen year career of proactive involvement. Not only has he been directly involved in negotiating and settling several thousand contracts, he has completed a 6-year term on the board of directors of the Life Insurance Settlement Association, in addition to serving as its Vice President for four years. Mr. Haynie, an Alumnus of Florida State University, currently holds a Life Agent License with Viatical Settlement Broker Appointment for LIS.
